National Water

I waited until I had my system for a year before I gave a review. This is worth every penny. I didn’t know cleaning up my water I would get outstanding results. My skin is so soft and no more carrying that heavy bottled water. This is one of the best investments I’ve ever made. If you get a chance let Moon come give you a free water test.

National water and energy is a great company to have take care of all your water needs. Calvin, Dwayne, Mike and Sam are all great guys and do a great job. They cleaned up after the work was done and came back the next day just to make sure everything was working properly. Can't say enough good things about this company and the guys that work there!

From quoting to scheduling to work completion, Duane, Calvin and Mike were top notch. Communication on details and schedule were solid and they work with you on what fits best for your job. The work itself was very good and done in a timely manner. They even offer extra help and suggestions on other items that are needed outside of their line of work. Solid group and will continue to work with them. Ty gentlemen!

This company was great to work with. Very personable and went above and beyond to meet the needs of our home. We can truly say we are pleased with the service we received and have enjoyed the water system we have. Our water feels better on our skin (sounds crazy, but it does), is healthier for our bodies, and the drinking water station is amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a long lasting and effective change to their water.

Excellent service. My plumber Calvin was on time, professional and went above and beyond to setup my water filter system from Maytag. I’m so glad I made the decision to go with this company. And the owner, Duane, was beyond exceptional! Will use them again in the future.

Excellent service. There was an issue that came up with the old water filter, which was installed in July-Aug 2023, and Duane was able to find the root cause of the problem immediately and replaced it with a new one promptly. I highly recommend him. Thanks.

I do not recommend this company. They installed a water filter and softener system at my house. It’s worked great for the most part, other than one issue I had, which they came out and fixed after calling them multiple times about it. However this time I have called 4 or 5 times, emailed twice, about replacing the under the sink filters and have yet to receive a response after more then 2 months at this point. Please be weary if you decide to work with this company, their communication and follow thru on their word is not great, especially for the price you pay.

If I could give these guys Zero stars I would ! I had a UV water filtration system put in on November 14th 2023. May of 2024 it breaks . About a month later. The owner finally sent some one to look at it ,and to see if it was just the UV light that wasn't working. Turns out it's not the light the whole system is bad . I was told it was still under the 1yr warranty ,and that they would order me a replacement system. So after 3 weeks and no communication. I called to see when my system was supposed to arrive . Was told it was on its way. Then I waited another two weeks . Tried calling no answer , wouldn't answer my texts . Until I reached out to his partner Calvin to see if he could get The owner Duane to respond . I get a message from Duane 30 mins later saying the system has shipped ,and he would inform me when it arrives. A month goes bye nothing. Asked to see proof that my system had actually been ordered,and was being shipped or I would be contacting a Consumer Protection lawyer. Was told information would be sent to my email. Here it is another month later ,and nothing. No communication nothing. I paid 1,000 to have this system installed only for it to break after 6 months. So I do not recommend doing Business with these guys.
